Club Development Programme

The Sports Union Club Development Programme has been established to:

• Ensure that all Sports Union Clubs have effective and appropriate governance structures in place which enable them to
operate in line with Sports Union policies and procedures.

• Provide training and support to Sports Union Clubs that is specific and tailored to their needs and wishes in relation to their
future development.

There are currently two key elements to the Sports Union Club Development Programme:

• Mandatory Minimum Operating Requirements

• Optional Club Development Workshops
